# Threads

> **Not connectable yet**
>
> The integration is built, but mixetape's Threads app is not set up yet, so Threads shows as
> "Soon" when you connect a channel.

**Posting:** Threads cannot schedule through its API, so mixetape prepares the post
`leadMinutes` early (10 by default) and publishes it at `scheduledAt`.

## Metadata

| `text` | At most 500 characters; defaults to the post caption |
| `firstComment` | Posted as the profile's own reply once the post is public |

## After it is up

Replies work like comments: read them, reply as the profile, and hide them. Post insights
cover views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes and shares.

## Limits

- 250 posts per profile in 24 hours.
