`POST /api/v1/tools/delete_file`

Delete a file from mixetape storage. Refused while a library item holds it or a post that has not gone out yet points at it — remove it from those first. Needs the **storage** permission. Also available as the MCP tool `delete_file`.

## Authentication

## Request body

_Required._

{
  "file": "string"
}
```
curl --request POST \
  --url https://mixetape.com/api/v1/tools/delete_file \
  body: JSON.stringify({file: 'string'})
};
### 400
The request is invalid; `error` says why.
#### Example
  "error": "string"
}
### 403
The key lacks the permission this needs.
#### Example
